Omgirl ships via USPS or UPS within the US. International Packages TBD based on weight. Unfortunately at this time we are unable to ship to the UK and Australia.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
International orders will ship via USPS, DHL, or UPS and do not include duties imposed by the buyer's country. When orders shipped internationally reach the destination country, they may be subject to customs clearance procedures, which can cause delays beyond original estimated delivery time. Please visit www.USPS.com or UPS.com, or DHL.com to lookup your delivery time map for your country.
REFUSED SHIPMENTS
If you refuse a shipment from Omgirl, you are responsible for the original shipping charges, any import fees that are incurred on the package and the cost of returning the package to Omgirl. This amount will be deducted from your merchandise refund.
SHORT ORDERS
Inventory may be subject to availability. Inventory shortages will be notified to your email within 3 business days of initial order. During high volume periods, order processing may be delayed. This includes sales and special holidays. If an item on order is no longer available, this item will be removed from your order and a refund will be placed to your account. In this instance you will receive an email indicating the removed style and refund amount. All other items will be maintained and shipped based on standard shipping terms.
HOLIDAY SHIPPING
Omgirl offices and the shipping warehouse are closed during nationally recognized holidays. Orders placed after 12pm (Pacific Time) on the business day prior to the holiday will not process until the first business day following that holiday.
PRIVACY
Your privacy is important to us and we care about how your information is used and shared. We would like our international customers and customers shipping products internationally to be aware that cross-border shipments are subject to inspection and may be opened by customs authorities.
We provide certain order, shipment and product information, such as description, to our international carriers. Order information provided by Omgirl may be communicated by the shipping carrier and to customs authorities in order to facilitate clearance and comply with local laws.
