Thanks for shopping omgirl.com! Your happiness is our main priority. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, we will accept returns or exchanges for up to 21 days from the time it arrives on your doorstep. Please follow the steps below to request a return/exchange.
Please visit our Customer Service page under the heading Contact Us. Fill out the form and submit your request for a return/exchange. We will email you as soon as your request has been reviewed and authorized. This may take up to 48 hours.
RETURN POLICY
You have 21 days from receiving your order to initiate a return or exchange with omgirl.com. All sales are final for Sale product.
At this time, Omgirl does not offer free return shipping. We are happy to provide a label. A shipping fee of $7 will be deducted from your return. For your personal protection, we recommend that you choose a shipping option that will allow you to track and insure the products that you are returning. Omgirl is not responsible for any return packages that are lost in transit to our warehouse.
All tie dye items are subject to a 10% restocking fee upon return as all items are custom made.
When making an Exchange within the United States, Omgirl will send a return shipping label for your convenience.
Omgirl is unable to provide return labels for International customers at this time. The customer is responsible for the cost of shipping the package back to Omgirl via a tracked mail carrier, DHL or UPS. We do not accept returns using USPS. From Canada we do not accept UPS Standard. We do not refund cost of shipping.
All returned products will be inspected upon receiving the package. All returned products must be in original packaging, NOT WORN, not washed. If products are not in resalable condition, your return will be denied.
We will take care in processing your return quickly. Refunds and exchanges may take up to 7 business days. You will be notified once your refund or exchange has been fully processed. All exchange orders are subject to product availability.
