International orders will ship via USPS and do not include duties imposed by the buyer's country. When orders shipped internationally reach the destination country, they may be subject to customs clearance procedures, which can cause delays beyond original estimated delivery time. REFUSED SHIPMENTS
If you refuse a shipment from Omgirl, you are responsible for the original shipping charges, any import fees that are incurred on the package and the cost of returning the package to Omgirl. This amount will be deducted from your merchandise refund.
SHORT ORDERS
Inventory may be subject to availability. Inventory shortages will be notified to your email within 3 business days of initial order. During high volume periods, order processing may be delayed. This includes sales and special holidays. If an item on order is no longer available, this item will be removed from your order and a refund will be placed to your account. In this instance you will receive an email indicating the removed style and refund amount. All other items will be maintained and shipped based on standard shipping terms.
HOLIDAY SHIPPING
Omgirl offices and the shipping warehouse are closed during nationally recognized holidays. Orders placed after 12pm (Pacific Time) on the business day prior to the holiday will not process until the first business day following that holiday.

RETURNS
Thanks for shopping omgirl.com! Your happiness is our main priority. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, we will accept returns or exchanges for up to 21 days from the time it arrives on your doorstep. Please follow the steps below to request a return/exchange.
Please visit our Customer Service page under the heading Contact Us. Fill out the form and submit your request for a return/exchange. We will email you as soon as your request has been reviewed and authorized. This may take up to 48 hours.
RETURN POLICY
You have 21 days from receiving your order to initiate a return or exchange with omgirl.com. All sales are final for sale product.
At this time, Omgirl does not offer free return shipping. For your personal protection, we recommend that you choose a shipping option that will allow you to track and insure the products that you are returning. Omgirl is not responsible for any return packages that are lost in transit to our warehouse.
When making an Exchange, Omgirl will send a return shipping label for your convenience.
All returned products will be inspected upon receiving the package. All returned products must be in original packaging, NOT WORN. If products are not in resalable condition, your return will be denied.
Refunds and exchanges may take up to 15 business days. You will be notified once your refund or exchange has been fully processed. All exchange orders are subject to product availability.
